Hi everyone! I am facing issues with BTCJam, i was overdue because I made a late payments due to the fact that my account has been hacked and my BTC stolen. BTCJam blacklist my account. Now after repaid in full my debt several months ago I am still blacklisted and I cannot withdraw my money. I wrote to support hundreds of emails, they never give me reply. I don't know what to do anymore, it is frustrating because I know that they're voluntarily ignoring me.
Any advice you would give me will be really apreciate.
Thank you all guys, have a nice day!

Hello, after ten days I am still waiting for support to contact me. I really want to know WHEN you are going to contact me and WHEN my account will be unlock. I have been very patient and I would prefer to avoid legal actions but you guys are forcing me to take some measures, because it is impossible to deal with you in this way. You are consciously withhold my bitcoins and no one of you is working to solve this issue.

So sad to see your case hasn't been solved. I moved on from BTCJam a long time ago, i use BitlendingClub (now they are Loanbase).
Even when the loans are people's responsability, i feel that the scamy (auto-loan) from BTCJam are very bad and untrustworthy.

Mate I hope your situation will get solved soon. I am against any investing, lending, etc.., but I though that btcjam is enough trustworthy site. Did the other users report any problems lately with using them?

Too many scams are destroying Bitcoin from inside. I guess that you just can't fight human greed! Sad!

I feel your pain. I've been waiting 8 days now for support to simply CHANGE MY EMAIL so I can recieve the confirmation email to withdraw my loan. What's the point of getting a loan when you can't withdraw it until weeks after it's funded?!

Did you went into a coma and woke up today after almost 3 months?

You should have stayed more active and should have kept updated about this issue on this thread and if you still haven't received your money back then at this point it seems like it is lost forever. I don't use BTCjam or any lending service but I bet it would be there in their terms that once you're blacklisted they'll freeze your funds.

Googled "btcjam blacklist", it got me here and I was right:

A user is put on the blacklist if they have violated our terms of service, have fallen behind on payments or defaulted on their loan. On the blacklist, all actions on the account are revoked, except for adding funds and making payments on a loan.

You can't withdraw money but you can add it?  Undecided

I don't think they'll let you withdraw your money now since like you said you have wrote to them many times and haven't received any replies. Sorry for you loss, how much was it btw?

During this period I tried several times to contact btcjam support I send them tons of mail. Is not a big sum, 0.50 btc, but is a matter of principle!

PM the BTCJamSupport guy above and see what he has to say about this, if you have repaid your loans completely then they have no right to hold your funds, and 0.5 Bitcoins is not a small amount of money.

And move this to Scam accusations so others can made aware of their dealings, you can do that by scrolling to the bottom of this thread and using the 'Move' thread feature.
