CFTC Ruling's effect on Bitcoin Gambling in U.S.

Hi everybody - I'm currently writing a paper on Bitcoin gambling regulation in the U.S. and was wondering what you all think about the recent CFTC ruling that classifies bitcoin as a "commodity" in the United States. Specifically, I'm wondering what (if any) impact this will have on Bitcoin gambling's legality in the U.S. and/or how Bitcoin gambling may be regulated in the future. Thanks!
