I'm willing to pay 0.03 per month for the avatar if you can make at least 150 posts per month, and are willing to accept payment only after work is done(I will escrow the amount ofc).
And as I feel the amount is more than normal rate right now I will be using carra23 for counting the posts.

Would you have any trouble using an escrow? It is a "protection" for me that you won't later make those promised 200 posts.
And I would like to rent your personal message along with your avatar, for 0.03 total.

Are you sure Carra23 will be suitable for this? I mean he is very good at counting posts and spam posts but he charges a lot, so you might have to give him I assume, atleast 0.02 for counting posts which ain't worth it. He surely isn't going to count the posts for free.

Just Saying :- You can ask QS to do that for just 0.0075
