Hello! Introducing Ethan's purchasing service!

REGARDING MY -ve reputation : There was a misunderstanding in the lending forum, however they are NOT from transactions and everyone I have done business with is very pleased.

How does it work?

  • Contact me and if you'd like an escrow
  • Send the BTCTC where instructed for the item, service, or bill you'd like to pay for
  • I purchase the item, service or bill you have indicated
  • Leave a vouch in the thread if you've had a pleasant transaction

FAQ

  • Q ) Where is this service available?
    - A ) This service is available anywhere in the world, however I am located in U.S.A. and out-of-country orders have a slight-fee.

  • Q ) When is this service available?
    - A ) 24 Hours a day, 7 Days a week ; You may place an order at any time, and the order will be fulfilled as soon as I receive notification. (Please get in contact with me beforehand via PM , ICQ or Skype if you need an order filled instantly)

  • Q ) What is the cost associated with this service?
    - A ) Cost is assessed on a case-to-case basis depending on the needs of your individual order; on average the cost will be the price of the item, service or bill you have selected +8%-15% additional fee.

Currently I am only doing items under $100, until I get more vouches / experience around here.

First 3 Hero, Legendary or Staff members get their order with NO-FEE. (1:1)

Considering you are a Newbie and that I have never heard of such a service before, many on this forum may just consider you a scammer. No offense, but you should really do some trades and increase the trust rating of your account. Just my advice. Financial services always have security concerns.

Signatures? How about learning a skill... I don't care either way. Everybody has to make a living somehow.

And what guarantees the user of your service that you wont use stolen CC's for purchases ? Even when using escrow and receiving the item, the purchaser
is not safe, because in the case of CC abuse, it is his address and details that will be the first thing authorities will find.
Not a good idea at all.

There are many things wrong with this service on our side.

1) Chargeback, chargeback, chargeback. There is absolutely nothing stopping you from charging back a purchase even up to a month later (or maybe even later, I'm not quite sure on how these work).

2) Stolen credit cards. If you purchased something with a stolen CC... we're screwed.

3) The fee is pretty damn high.

The common theme here is security, and that's perfectly understandable. I'm doing my best to be as transparent as possible, and I have no problem disclosing contact information to those I do business with in the spirit of transparency. Regularly on receipts and order confirmations it states the Cardholders name, and that will ALWAYS be my name.

I am feeling out the waters here, and I greatly appreciate many of you offering concerns/suggestions without being flamers. I am open to anything that can make the buyer feel more safe, and my newbie status is EXACTLY why $100 is the current limit, doing small transactions like delivery-food or a game keeps the risk as low as possible and gives us a chance to establish professional connections.

I am willing to go the extra mile to make my buyers feel at ease, all I need to know is what that is.

I am offering this service because there are many things which can not be purchased with bitcoin and I'd like to attempt to bridge the gap between bitcoin and everyday services as best as an individual can.

The fee is negotiable as well, I just figured you tip the waiter 15%, but obviously the higher the price the lower the fee.

tl;dr Small transactions at first to establish trust;Full-disclosure/transparency from me;Flexible payment options/catering to the buyer.

Considering you are a Newbie and that I have never heard of such a service before, many on this forum may just consider you a scammer. No offense, but you should really do some trades and increase the trust rating of your account. Just my advice. Financial services always have security concerns.

Thank you for your suggestion. This service is exactly how I'm attempting to get my first trades, but if it matters at all there used to be many services similar to this and I'm not quite sure what happened to them. I'm trying to play my part in the bitcoin community, and bring my fair-share of integrity to the table.

is not safe, because in the case of CC abuse, it is his address and details that will be the first thing authorities will find.
Not a good idea at all.

It will be my name on every single credit card purchase, and it will be my credit card used for every purchase/payment. I am willing to do whatever is needed to prove that is the case. I also do not mind sending a statement that I take full responsibility for the payment method authorized for the purchase, or anything else that might make you feel more at ease.

How does it work?

  • Contact me and if you'd like an escrow
  • Send the BTCTC where instructed for the item, service, or bill you'd like to pay for
  • I purchase the item, service or bill you have indicated

I suppose that when it comes down to it, it will mostly be reliant upon the trust that I build up around me with nothing but positive transactions and smooth customer-compliance. The only possible way to bridge BTC with everyday payments/purchases currently is with a little bit of trust in an individual like myself, who is only interested in building a legitimate business from scratch.

There are many things wrong with this service on our side.

1) Chargeback, chargeback, chargeback. There is absolutely nothing stopping you from charging back a purchase even up to a month later (or maybe even later, I'm not quite sure on how these work).

3) The fee is pretty damn high.

I've done my best to address the charge-backs until I hear a little more feed-back from you guys.
I've also answered the concern about stolen cards, they will ALWAYS be my credit card(s) and the receipt/confirmation will show my name as the cardholder.
The Fee is highly, negotiable Smiley

I like this idea since unlike the other services that do this kind of thing (purse.io, all4btc, and now defunt brawker) it will be almost instant. Those other services require bidders which may end up taking a long time for someone to bid. Of course, they all offer discounts, while you are charging a premium  Sad

Perhaps you could give full identification information to your customers and have some sort of contract for this service just in case law enforcement goes after the customers.

This is exactly what I had in mind, if I can figure out a reasonable way to apply a contract then I would be more than happy to do so. I understand nobody likes paying EXTRA, but when it's too difficult to move your BTC from point A to point B, I'll be here to help make it simple. Smiley

Hmm, no offense but I am just thinking that maybe you will used a hacked credit card to purchase those? And if that's the case, you may face some problems regarding your trades. Tell me, how would your service work? I've seen a lot of them before, one of them being purse.io. Also, you're a newbie, and as always, no one will trust a newbie on handling such trades unless the user already built some reputation around the forum.

I have already responded multiple times to the thought of using a "hacked" or stolen credit card. It will always appear as MY name as the card-holder, and I am offering full-disclosure of information to those I do business with in the spirit of integrity and transparency. I understand that I'm a newbie, but everyone has to start somewhere.

Bitsumo and others are similar to what I'm offering, and as aforementioned I am offering full disclosure on my information, and the card holder name will ALWAYS be my name. I am willing to sign contracts, use escrow and do anything else that puts the buyer at ease.. I'd even be willing to purchase a Pre-paid card in cash, and show the receipt to the buyer to prove that it is indeed my card. I will go the extra mile for my customers

That alone isn't enough to prove your legitimacy. For all we know, you could give some fake credentials to us and buy things that we want using another name. Evidences could easily be faked nowadays, though I'm not saying that you're gonna do what I'm saying. Just pointing out the possibilities there is in case shit happens.

And with the 'extra mile' thing, I assume you're gonna give us full information about you? (Which is not an ideal approach to prove your legitimacy, it might put you in danger too.)

There was always that risk with purse.io and brawker but people still used them a lot anyways. I'm sure that those two sites were like a carder's paradise and they are even less transparent than OP claims he will be.

Yes, people used purse.io and brawker a lot back in the days, but that's because they established themselves in the market pretty well. Even as transparent as OP can be, you won't get me trusting a newbie popping out of the blue and offering the same service as to what those two offered back then. If OP made successful trades here in this forum, that could actually make him/her a good start and some rep. Not trying to degrade OP in here, just being skeptical and trying to stay away from scams. There had been a lot recently so...

http://www.levi.com/US/en_US/mens-jeans/p/005010000

Each color costs different, however if the link worked properly and you're attempting to purchase the "Rigid" color for $68, after applying shipping/Tax is approximately $80 where I am located (Ny, USA). Obviously shipping and sales-tax will be slightly different where you live, but for the sake of an estimate it would be somewhere between BTC0.3294 and BTC0.3764 , depending on if you order while their promo is still available.

The fee associated for the item requested is 8%, that 8% is the only profit I see. Smiley Thanks for inquiring and I hope we get to do business soon.

tl;dr The total cost + 8% Fee is what this would cost you. (108% of total)

Hey I like what you are offering.I would definitely like to deal with you but I have few suggestions if you kindly consider.
(1) If I want to buy an item say on eBay,can you use your eBay account to purchase it and add my delivery address?and until the item reaches me the bitcoin I send will remain in escrow? This will give me safeguard in case some dispute happen to your cc.Once I receive the ordered item,it wont affect me even if you chargeback

This certainly would be possible, I would need to create an E-bay account first (since I don't have one).. I am certainly willing to deal in this manner though, as long as the item isn't TOO expensive (working with limited starting funds).

I used used ebay example to explain my point. It may not necessarily be ebay.I dont have international credit card and at times there are services and products available on internet that I want to buy but cant because of lack of cc.I would like to use your service for that. Thanks a lot for replying and for willing to extend your services. I will contact you soon
