i think now is best time to quit trading. because if i see the chart if btc prize in several months, the price is stable  the stable price with small spread is good too for short trader and long trader. for short trader he can buying at daily low rate and sell at daily high rate. for long trader if the price stable with slow pump it's very good chart to keep hold, because his bitcoin growing some precentage perday. The gold rule never invest more then can afford to loose the thing is we are atracted to try altcoins dreaming to multiply our bitcoins faster. of course if you are pro trader, and know when the perfect time to buying/invest your bitcoin, you will know altcoin is best way to multiple your money. True , right now I bought Gamebet coins for 900 sat each , and I am damn sure I will make profit in near future , its all about timing , I am not saying we can't loose , ofc sometimes we do loose , but we must know the tactics to recover from it , Lend it and be happy.
i wouldnt sell bitcoin now.
I would say , very good choice . It will go up , so hold your bitcoin. my friend buying gamebet at ICO price arround 1200satosi then selling his GBT at arround 2500sat (at yobit) and now he can buy back a lot GBT  but sometimes we can wrong and lose some btc, i lose arround 0.8btc at Reddcoin and i m waiting price down to 5sat then buy back |

Well I have friend with a first experience of trading so he bought Orly on 600 satoshi since he saw that Orly market has positive attitude.
But at the end, it never raise more than 700 even it keep decreasing until 200 satoshi. That's first bad experience of trading and usually it called as " panic buy " event

Sooner or later, you are going to find yourself back into trading. If it's something that became a part of you over the last two years, it's something that you are going to look for again. Maybe, you just got a little tired and wanted to enjoy the fruit of the looms, so to speak. But trading can be a hard habit to break, more so if you are doing good at it.

Dont quite trade now around this time because there are a lot of people that is going to use Bitcoin and you see also that it is now becoming more popular so that is nice.
But the bad thing is that you have to wait indeed a longer time until the value will be more and that is bad.

Why were you trading bitcoins in the first place?
What were your reasons to buy and sell? Nobody knows a crap about bitcoin market.
It goes up, people are happy, guess what? Some fcktard was manipulating the market. It goes down, people are happy to buy cheap coins, guess what? That manipulatior dumped all his coins and price will be staying at the point he left for years.
Bitcoin trading doesn't make any sense.
Trade USD/EUR/GOLD any other shit but not an anonymous shady currency. Use it only you need it.

I think trading is the right choice. at the moment, trading gives a great advantage results .i can live for trading. I suggest to you that trading remains a lucrative place to find bitcoin.
yes indeed if you are serious in doing it you might take advantage of this certain rise up of btc, perfect timing for you to invest your money no reason to quit since halving is still on the way, profit will be expected just study it hard then quit after you already gain some. good luck. You can better not quite trading and the reason is because the value is going to be higher and that can be nice for you if you are all doing it right but it is hard to know that. And you need also a strategy before you will start with trading so you will know when you can make some profit with it. |

So guys, after 2 years of trading i am going to stop. (unless i have full time to trade, which i currently don't)
I have calculated all my trades on the various platforms i have used in the last couple years.
Deposited: 47BTC (roughly)
Withdrew: 40BTC (roughly)
Overall i am happy with the results, i would pay 7 BTC anyday for what i have learned so far.
Now the question is: what the fuck do i do now with my money.
well i don't think that quitting trading is good idea, as trading is still most safe way to earn money in bitcoins, and it gives a lot of profit too, even if you don't have enough time for that, 30 minutes should be enough but if you still don't want to go back to trading you should try to buy and keep bitcoins in your wallet for price rise or try to invest them somewhere, but it is pretty risky |

I agree that trading is better then investing in some ponzi schemes. But for me trading is not so safe as you think it is, anyway maybe OP is just tired from trading. If OP feels like its time for brake then I support him in that decision. When he feel that its time for starting again he will come and deposit again. For every work its good to chose right moment, so if OP is satisfied with his progress until now, he will take a break and return when he is ready. |

I agree that trading is better then investing in some ponzi schemes. But for me trading is not so safe as you think it is, anyway maybe OP is just tired from trading. When it comes to bitcoin trading, it purely depends upon how exactly you predict the price moves. The more accurate your prediction, the more will be the profit earned. In my opinion if one user has lot time to spend then he can continue trading with limited profit.

i don't think that you should leave it, even if you lost so many money from it in this time, trading is still a best way to earn money with bitcoins, because gambling is too risky and keeping them is very slow you can try now to invest them somewhere, but you should avoid gambling sites as they are very risky, or buy bitcoins and keep them, just like i said, this way to earn bitcoins is very slow |

Trading is better than gambling because it depends on the calculation of the markets . try to invest in low risk coin like eth . imaging if you invest 47 BTC in eth 1 week ago buying it at 0.016-0.017 after 1 week you sell at 0.022-0.021 BTC .
Calculate your profit by your self .
The main point is to invest\trade in low risk coin only with high volume & stay away from shitcoin.

i been trading both altcoins and bitcoin since 2013 ... yeah i know i came in late ...
i made most of my money on the big bull altcoin 2013 saga with darkcoin aka dash now and the first POS coin blackcoin ... im not gonna write numbers but those ones got nearly 20-30x and market was so liquid u can mange yourself with more than 40 btc in and getting out easy then i with draw most of my profit then and left like 10-15% to play the new ones ... well i kinda did bad with those but i learned how those markets behave in the bear market .
then i recently deposited more funds with the recent eth bull market ... this time i was like lets short that eth thing ... but my friends told me how great it is and how it can grow way way bigger ... so i researched it and bamm i changed my mind but it was kinda late ... most the eth profits where made then ... but that did not stop there all the altcoins was going up for no reason YEAH its called bull market i bought in diff coins with good chance to go up and again i made huge profit .. i say to my self gotta stick to the plan so yeah i withdraw all the bitcoins this time and sold last week well i know the halving thing coming for bitcoins but ...... profit is profit
