Good decision. It's very hard to make money in BTC trading even you work for it full time. You need to do long term trades (buy at bottom-hold-sell at top), it should increase your trading accuracy.

If you have a hard time on doing trading it is better if you will stop trading at the moment and take time on educating yourself for you to learn how to trade in the best possible way. And then make time on having some idea so that you can start trading if you are totally ready to deal with tradings. Then make time on doing the trading itself so you could experience the real trading itself because the best way to learn is through experience.

Yeah! Trading is not like gambling. It takes time to learn trading properly. There is no need to take things on heart in crypto trading. It is better to learn from mistakes and try not repeating them in the future. Crypto trading does make you rich but it is a gradual process and needs a good command over emotions. Quitting trading is purely an emotional decision.

Have you all tried trading non cryptos, such as traditional futures?  If so, why not?  Do you feel the barriers to entry are high?

They may not be as volatile, but there are lot of opportunities trading equity index or commodity futures, in my opinion.

I'm wondering what would make it easy for traders like ourselves to trade anything at all.

Why not, if we find somewhere better. Because treding itself we do not know when the price will rise and tueun, so treding a lot of losses, in because the price we want is not in the can.

Trading requires lot of analytical skills. You need to judge the market, have in depth knowledge about the product and its impact globally. You should be able to forecast things in advance which will help you know when to buy/sell your coins.

If there will be any guarantee to have profits on the end of the day in trading then probably no one will think about quitting trading, right ? Have you ever heard about finishing off a day with losses ? I guess each and every trader must have experienced this.

I mean to say there is no guaranteed profit at the end of the day for the any trader regardless of how long you are having experiences with trading. Finishing off a day with losses will be much better than thinking about quitting trading. Because you will be having next day to recover your losses rather than struggling within a day nor thinking to quit.

Losing in trading is really just a normal stuff on which each trader would really experience this and as you said theres no guaranteed profit anytime which we will really make some days on profits or on negative.Instead of quitting its not really a solution but seeing on the situation of OP he lose up 7 btc and those are already on 2 years trading which i would really definitely decide the same thing too.

Sometimes it really hurts to see and feel losses but if you give up that is where you really lose base on what I read . A great help for this in trading is to minimize losses by using risk management and control losses by selling if you dont predict it well.

Losing and winning are parts of trading, perhaps one should consider about money management and trading risks first before starts trading 
IMO, i suggest anyone who doesnt want to quit trading but continue too losing to review their own trading plan. There's no holy grail here, only hardworks and if you guys lucky, go get a mentor to teach you better about trading and btc

Like if we study the history of bitcoins, they have shown dumps and pumps. But the pumps were much higher intensity than dumps which made the bitcoiners rich. In short, it is better to hold than to give up.

I am glad at least you have strong belief in bitcoins. The bitcoins are future international currency and soon will be ruling the world economy. Those who are investing in bitcoins currently will surely be proud of their decisions. I will recommend all investors investing in bitcoins as much as they can to enjoy a lavish future.

Main point of importance is that when you're not a trader, there is no need for anyone to worry about what direction the market is moving to. In most cases people go wrong just because of them feeling the need to cash out their coins because the price is going down. These people don't realize that they aren't losing anything as long as they aren't selling. The only result of people selling their coins at losses, is that they end up buying their coins back at higher levels -- direct side effect is that buying back at higher levels always results in them ending up with a lower number of coins than they started with.

Sometimes we are not cut for an activity, it does not matter how much I love basketball if I'm only 5 feet tall, I’m never going to be able to be a professional player, so I think if trading is not for you then you should try to look for something else that makes you profits.
