if you want a warm place, i am selling my house, in south america, 30mins from the beach were it is 35+ and ice cold waters.

Where the house is placed there is pool, garden, car parking hehe.

3 floor house, and it is always 35+ on summer, it last like 10 months the last months are about 20c untill winter wich is kina tropical weather. sun and rain .
