BTC comunity looks great,i can get used great graphic cards for less money that people are selling.

Thats what I make in LTC in 1 day running it on my iMac  Grin

I have tried on both my Macs and no luck running in OS X or with Win XP running on my Macs. Could you give me some tips on how to mine on a Mac?

I'm not sure, but maybe the bitminter.com client will work for you? It's in java.

@GernMiester - When I mine a more substantial amount of coins I may donate some to you so you can buy yourself some sense of humor.

I suspect that would be a waste of your coins, as the impression I've gotten from him is that he's just an anti-social douchebag about whom you'd be well-advised to not waste any mental bandwidth.

I would wait until the release date of the thing and people confirming it works.

LOL. At least I got it to work. But I spent $0.48 to mine the $0.12 cents on my old PC using the CPU. I used the excuse to mine coins to get an ATI 5870 card. Card was not very expensive. I think with that video card I can earn more than the electricity used to run it. If not, at least I'll finally be able to play Battlefield 3 on my PC with the new card. : ) Trying to keep this fun...

Hah, mininig this way is more about the fun and supporting the network than the money.
