Hey I was looking for this thread for someone and notice you're websites down and images are gone. Are you still trading?
Bitcoin addresses contain a checksum, so it is very unlikely that mistyping an address will cause you to lose money.

Out of interest, do the android boxes come with pre-installed software so they can be used out of the box?

Yes all android applications are preinstalled for you. We will post on here when we're back up and running - shouldn't be long.
