If I want to exchange LRD for Islandik Crowns, how the Crowns will be sent ? On Perfect Money ?

look, 1 LRD = 1 ISK.
current rate 1 USD = 127.67 ISK

If you have 100 LRD you will get 100/127.67 = 0.78 USD, we will send you 0.78 USD minus our exchange fee (3%) minus 0.5% as PM fee. Total you get 0.75 PM for 100 LRD.

OI !, get your thieving little hands off the NXT code, sunshine.

You are not complying with the terms of the GPL license under which Nxt software is distributed.
And I suspect you may be s*****g anyway. Stop it......

Right, that was around 24 hours or so......could I make a little request to the LRD devs to comply with the terms of the GPL license under which Nxt software is distributed ?

This means: please put the GPL license file back in the install packages and publish the source code you are using, including any additions from your team.
Nxt is freely distributed under the GPL open source license model, which means that you can do whatever you like with the code, as long as it remains under GPL license.

That's it, sort that out and we are good, at least on the use of Nxt code.

Not a problem, mate.
I am going to be pushy and ask that you sort out the license file
and source code repo (GitHub/BItBucket/whatever) within 5 days from now.
So that's everything sorted by 7/10/2015, good with you guys ?

And it is not just the GPL license file and source code repository that you need to add. You cannot remove or change any of our copyright notices, and you cannot represent our work as yours. Let me quote myself, to clear any misunderstanding: https://nxtforum.org/nrs-releases/notice-to-nxt-clone-creators/

Quote
The Nxt software is released as open source, which allows anyone to freely inspect the code, use it, modify it, and build on top of it.

No open source license however, neither the MIT License under which NRS versions prior to 1.5 were released, nor the GPL which applies to 1.5 and all later NRS versions, allows copying the work of others and presenting it as your own. Doing that is plain old plagiarism.

This also applies to release notes, change logs, and similar documentation included with the NRS distribution. You cannot copy, whether fully or partially, such texts, and make it appear as if you wrote them, or did the work described in them, while in fact it is the Nxt developers that did both.

Any derived work must make it clear which part of it, if any, is original, and give proper credit to the Nxt developers for their work.

You cannot remove the Nxt copyright notices, and you can only add your own copyright notice to a source code file if you really made a copyrightable contribution to this file. Changing the values of a few constants, or variable names, for example, is not a copyrightable contribution.

Starting from version 1.5, the NRS software is released under GNU General Public License (GPL), version 2. Including code from 1.5 or later Nxt version into your clone coin requires placing your work under GPLv2 too, with no exceptions. The Nxt core developers have the option of negotiating use of the Nxt code under a different license (a practice known as "selling exceptions to the GPL"), because they own the copyright. You will not have this option for your clone coin, once it incorporates GPL'd Nxt code, because you don't own the copyright to this Nxt code, and you are only allowed to use it under the conditions imposed by the GPL. Make sure you understand the long term implications of this, before "borrowing" Nxt code.

Here are some useful references about handling copyright in open source development, what is a copyrightable contribution, and compliance with the GPL:

https://softwarefreedom.org/resources/2012/ManagingCopyrightInformation.html
https://softwarefreedom.org/resources/2007/originality-requirements.html
https://softwarefreedom.org/resources/2007/gpl-non-gpl-collaboration.html
https://softwarefreedom.org/resources/2014/SFLC-Guide_to_GPL_Compliance_2d_ed.html

Oh, and btw, it is not just the Nxt copyright you are violating, you have removed the copyright notices of all third-party software also included in the Nxt distribution - such as H2, Jetty, Lucene. Makes me wonder, why would a legitimate business do that?

Cool beans, mate. I'll let J-L know, he can take a look at everything, and if he's happy, then carry on. Cool

Just to emphasise this again: anyone can freely use the Nxt code (and the various open-source components within) for their own purposes, whatever it may be,
as long as they comply with the requirements of the GPL license:
http://opensource.org/licenses/GPL-2.0

This means leaving all licensing and attribution intact and making source code (including your own changes) public.

This works like a regular Proof-of-Stake system as I understood. But maybe I'm wrong. Is there any difference, except that a regular interest is fixed ? Are the coins paid by the wallet or manually by you ?

Currently (due to the small workload), accruals and transfer is doing manually by the responsible employee, in the future will be implemented automatically on the basis of the API. The system itself - PoS, but the PoS usual (as in PPCoin for example) and LRD are different, LRD coins are taken not from the air, it has a strictly limited number of coins and is paid as a commission fee of transactions included in unit. The investment program is more like an add-on of payment system.

To speed up the first distribution of the coins, number of LRD in one hand increases from 1-100 to 50-100 (it is means you will get minimum 50 LRD for taking a part in this distribution)

We did not change something global on NXT, LRD is open source system - you may check it on github (link in 1st post)
And for log in LRD use link from our site: https://srv.libertyreserved.is/ - via https.
