1) Go to http://imgur.com/

2) Click upload.

3) Wait for the next page and copy the forum code ("BBCODE Forums") in your message.

4) Image will appear when you post.

Maybe we need as full member for add our avatar. Besides our image, it also impact to our signature and add external link

No no no. The OP isn't talking about your avatar. Avatars are allowed on full members for a totally different reason - that avatars are a privilege to be earned. For image posting, it's obviously because some dicks make bots that spam things on the forum (like links, weird info, and NSFW images.) Not allowing images on newbies stops the last.
