I don't believe that any centralized system can stand. Russia is the prime example of an overly centralized system. The core question of the matter is: are the Russian People to be trusted? In the sense that if the mesh, or a starlight organization will lead to corruption in all nodes, or if the People are decent Human Beings and a such can organize on decentralized basis?

I come to this conclusion by the simple fact that if there is a core to power it will be under constant attack to be corrupted, equally if there is a periphery it will always lead to attack on it being weaker than the core.

For me it's really a question of Faith in others human beings... however I see that most people are brain-dead lemming sheeple...

anyway the russian structure must evolve.
