It's difficult that Spain and EU will permit this..Ok they can declare independence but than what...will be outside EU and can not eneter there because Spain in that case would say "no", and it's a question who will accept their independence..next will be corsica,sicily,venize...

First Kosovo, then South Osetia and Abhaiza, then Krim and problem in Ukraine..it's a trend of making small independent districts..we ll see which one will be next
