I know this guy for quite a long time now.. It's probably a kid, he's always using walletbuilders/coingen for this "coins", always ICO or large premine, often also "hidden" premine .. Its actually quite funny with him.

As soon as ICO has been sold and wallet is released he abandons all his coins. For large premine coins he abandons as soon as the coin hits any exchange and he can dump his premine.

Just check his older coins.. He got lots of them..
