I live healthier than half the world... But probably less healthy than the other half.

I live a healthy life. You should drink more water.
Water is the best way to quench your thirst – and it doesn’t come with the added sugar found in fruit juices, soft drinks and other sweetened drinks.

health is expensive, so I always eat vegetables and fruit are also meat and always exercise

Unhealthy life is also expensive and requrie a lot of money  Grin
Yeah lots of Medical bills

Unhealthy food, cigarettes, alchohol, drugs is also expensvie right?

jog 10k everyday and eat vegetables, A vegetarian lifestyle has been promoted for a healthy lifestyle and weight loss; vegetarians should check with their physicians to be sure they are getting enough vitamins, minerals, and iron in their food.

i drink coffee for breakfast everyday and in the night i drink tea, i never really pay attention to the nutrition and i do sport twice a week, i would consider myself fit but i think i dont really think i live a healthy life

Lift. Yoga. Run. Swim. Grow my own vegetables. Minimal amounts of processed food.

Unfortunately, I travel quite a bit for work/research, so I can only control my habits at my own household.

Also, beer is a weak point for me. Beer and pasta.

I am dealing with this is the logical body development work . Only by eating salad does not need to pay attention to the health of these things before .

Not just on the treadmill in koşmakla discipline , sleep, their order is very important.
