the only way to get refferals is to advertise your link. you can do it in different places where people are using crypto and / or gambling.
this can be different crypto forums like here. for example https://cryptocointalk.com/ (this one allows referral links and has special sections)
also I think reddit might have some subs where you can advertise your referral link.

another way is to making a deal with your referrals like what https://freebitco.in/ offered. I remember it had a section for your referrals where you could pay them directly through their site and automatically.
you can give a % of their earning back this way.

its not about the signups as the casino and betting operators usually do not pay per signups.
You can find bad sources which will bring hundreds of signups every day, for low cost, but these will either never play or play minimum to wager.

Its about bring the quality. Remember the Pareto principle and try to focus on quality and not on quantity.
From our experience, especially with click networks and social campaigns - the player value is not too high unless you build it. Unless you build funnel, education, tutorials or others to build the potential player from being just a signup into real bitcoin player.

It's classic methods, you can get a lot ref from these way, but actually you are not 'grab' potential ref on that.

If i want search for ref, usually i try on facebook bitcoin group.
I also make a friend and chat with them, so for me, that's the best methods with no need to spend money on ads.

Never pay someone to signup with your ref link, except friend or someone you already know.
Because every single signed up is stop on that day too.

I got affiliates on Nitrogensports.eu from posting my betslips in chatrooms at sport steaming sites. Sometimes you can find a few people that way, but the best is maybe putting a custom signature on btctalk with your affiliate link or another idea I have is to print out stickers with your affiliate link on them and post them around the city you live in

The Best way to get signups and promote your website is signature campaigns and paying for promotion.You can give some amount for referring users to sign up .They sign up easily .I think if you're starting out new then signature campaigns will be a good idea but you have to pay good amount of money as people wont do it for just few bucks .

Try to make community either on facebook group or on any place.
