Molotov here.
I just bought the Adobe package, and am wanting to make pictures/logos for you guys!

Offering to make illustrations for free, and if you really like them, you can drop some in my tip jar
However, if you want me to make a complex/special picture, prices start at .001 BTC which is pretty cheap

Logos I can do better, starting at .001 BTC,  but price will go up a bit depending on how complex your restrictions are

I will have them to you by 2 days max

Well good price I'd say but without any previous work or a portfolio I don't think you will be able to attract much attention even though the prices are nearly non-existent.

Well favicon is basically the image that comes up when you open a site in a tab. For example bitcointalk's favicon is Bitcoin

 In case you don't know the dimensions for it, you can create a normal sized image and then process it using  http://www.favicon.cc/
