I don't understand what you mean by direct links.

Yes we allow blogger pages. but make sure you will get paid mostly for clicks on your banner, not for traffic/ views.

If site has smooth results rate will grow up. and sites are not stable will drop rate down.

We track source of clicks, and source of banner views, any cheat attemp will put publisher under review.

Sites has low rates, will not be counted for CPC advertising, and all his clicks will be free to advertisers.

When you buy 100 CPC clicks, you will get 110 to 115 total unique clicks, because %10 or %15 of results are from low rated publishers which system not count for advertiser.

Sure there are many other things we use to keep results more quality..
