Moving items on minethings!

Is there a way to move items from server to server in minethings? I have been trying to work this out as you can ove fromcity to city using road vehicles/ships but I cannot find a way to move my items from one server to another!

Is this possible to do? I am at the moment a trader so can only sent goods by land but once I have a few melds then I can start to move on water!
