But for your kind notice he have also paid that small amount to each one. So telling only a single word 'SCAM' do not seems to be a reasonable answer.

Clearly Paid over 0.12 BTC to over 60 People for just following on Twitter - Some Dirty Harry is mad about not playing a matter. Ends upm with an Bad trust.
