The SEC is continuing to interview people (as of 2 weeks ago).

There may or may not be a local police investigation.

Some of the Major creditors and PPT's were working together to collective purse Trendon Shavers legally (while limiting any legal risk they may have).

I have not heard a single person here on the boards or in Texas say they have visually ID'd him since the summer.

I have some info that I collected that may or may not be true as that I was not able to corroborate it.   I may just release here to see if anyone can make anything of it.

What info I did receive may have just been CharlieContent trolling as he was the only poster here who mentioned the same piece of information I had.

Now that's somewhat a relief to hear. If there's any joint collection efforts where a smaller creditor like me (BTC400+-) can partake in I'd be happy to know. I might just go poke around at his area during my holiday next year though...

I did hear from many smaller creditors.  I received deposit addresses and account screen shots in attempt to create a database of deposit address/amounts owed to see if there was any possibility of tracking the funds. 

I also started a list of PPT's with the hope that they would pool info to help track Trendon Shavers and the fund, however I felt this effort made the PPT's feel that they were "targeted" and they all had unknown legal liability so may of them had not desire to participate in the beginning.

As I've said, I'm glad to help pursue Trendon Shavers, I'm just not owed any funds by him and I'm not a lawyer representing a creditor nor and I law enforcement so with out creditors ready to take legal action with any info we did come up with there was really nothing else I could do I so kind of put it on the back burner.

The two legal channels are

1.  Talk to the SEC to provide any information you have.
2.  If we can identify any of his assets besides the two vehicles he purchased over the summer the IRS could possible investigate for income tax evasion.

1) met you on IRC, and
2) was smart enough to mask their IP.

Otherwise, I'm not sure. It paints a picture I think a lot of people both do and don't want to hear. Can you verify she lives in Texas or do any of the names from the story check out?

The girl and the sister are anonymous.
The other names were only first names.  I'd not heard them else where in association with Trendon.

She mentioned one location that was mentioned in another skype chat with someone else and here on the board.

The safety deposit part doesn't ring true to me though. I honestly don't think he could have made that much money. Plus that bit about palladium being "better" than platinum is weird. Palladium is worth a good bit less than platinum. Still pretty valuable, but it's weird to even mention it though, and even weirder if true. Why would he diversify into palladium? Can anyone who knows more than me about investing in precious metals think of a reason that someone would do that?

The palladium thing is a "cool kid" thing.  Everyone's heard of platinum these days and lots of people have platinum jewellery.  Palladium still seems a bit more exotic in some circles.

Zeek Rewards required people to spam ads for penny auctions.  I'd have expected traces of that to show up on the family's social networking sites if they were Zeek Rewards affiliates but all anyone ever found was a mention of Zeek Rewards by his wife.
