Does that per load 10$ means it will be deducted as fee in any amount even for 100$ load. This is way expensive as we now have lots of bitcoin debit card provider and cards are also working and i am using too.

That is correct, there is a $10 load fee +2% on standard accounts. If you sign up as a merchant account there is a $8 load fee +1% and you have the ability to load debit cards on your own website http://bit.ly/merchantplugin

Other companies load their own debit cards they "issue" themselves. We load any existing debit card, bank card, or prepaid debit card you have in your pocket that has a Visa or Mastercard logo no matter where you purchased it from.
