Actually, viewing their website they show 1,000.00 PM USD = 970.00 Visa/Mastercard USD -$5 bank fee
which is exactly 3% + $5 load fee = $35 total. Our fee would have been $19 total. 1% plus $9 load fee.

We spoke with Eric Vorhees about shape shift while we were building this project but you are correct, not affilliated in any way with shape shift. Just using the API.

Regarding Seychelles, Seychelles does not have a online lookup of registers for International Business Companies.
Some countries do, like Belize. The fact of the matter is, no one can perform this type of business without a license.
No one has access to this type of business without a license. We thought about watermarking our license and putting it up on the website. We felt like it would expose us to unwanted attention.

They do not sell or issue cards, you can only load funds on your own debit card using crypto.

You have to already have a card in your possession. It can be a card issued from your bank, or a prepaid debit card. Card has to have a Visa or Mastercard to be loadable. We can load ANY debit card that has a Visa or Mastercard logo that is reloable.

You are correct. It is a awesome way to send money to any debit card in the world. We have an API being developed for merchants that will allow them to insert a plugin on their website to securely perform transactions and make a profit sent directly to their Bitcoin account.

RE: Security
We solve the problem of card numbers being "harvested" by encrypting every digit of the card number excluding the last 4 digits. All data in our database is encrypted not even we can see it.

From our website FAQ: All data transactions generated though our website are fully encrypted. The only information in our database in clear text is the last 4 digits of your card number. This allows you to see previous loading history in your account, as well as load the card again without re-inserting the full card number. We take our member and website security seriously. We deploy every up to date security measure available to protect us, and you, when using our website.
