Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Sometimes it doesn't ask on the browser, I have no idea if he simply navigated on my computer and withdrew it when I was away from it.

Means exactly nothing. This is not the first time when virustotal cannot detect trojans. There was several coins with this kind of trojan: Intellicoin, Hive and now this.
Apparantly the virus is well hidden ( generating from "clean" qt wallet )
