I've participated in a number of ICOs and after getting on Steemit I started focusing a lot on Steemit. With the announcement of Smart Media Tokens going to launch ( smt.steem.io ) we started seeing a lot of interesting ways to do ICOs.

How the airdrop works is basically stacking your Steem ( which is in the form of Steempower ) and you will get HuntTokens plus a return on your staking as well. Here is the writeup.

This is surely one of the most unique way of ICOs which I find really interesting and just wanted to share with you guys. Its literally not spending any of your precious coins .. but just staking them to get new tokens which makes it almost more then a 100% profit.
Do you think more ICOs will move towards this direction ? I've seen a couple which started but with EOS.
