It does but its not a good version https://github.com/transferdev/Transfercoin/releases/tag/1.2.4   when i say not good it has freezing issues when there is over 130 Masternodes in the list..currently there is not so it may work ok....   i have a better version on txproject.io that i uploaded to my amazon....

Freezing is not a big issue. Why someone can't download v1.2.4? It's simple. Maybe you mean someone can't download v1.2.3 because it's removed from Github?

 InfernoMan has not left but his is his side project now since got hired onto CRW and TX is in the hands of the community with the help of InfernoMan  as needed.

i think need 1 leader in a community,  i don't see any PR plan, any strategy for TX. So what future for TX?

I can only agree 100% on that. TX has so many features and conveniences and generally just works.
I am quite okay with people discovering it slowly as I am still inclined to buy in on the lows.
And it was a great misfortune to get hacked on a server and poached of the holdings.
One day infernoman will make the losses all back and even get ahead again.

One of the interesting feature of this coin is that one can stake and run MasterNode via same wallet which isn't the case with many MN out there. So this is one feature that really attracted me to this coin however the price at which this is currently being traded is bit high so I will wait for the price to drop a bit and then go for this coin.

Nah mate, It is dead again, recently was a pump and dump with really cheap coins bought in December. ( a huge % or all coins was sold to someone on trex. ) It hasn't been under active development for nearly 2 years now and any attempts made to revive it have essentially been blocked by Infernoman  for whatever reason.
