Anyone can buy a ticket/s and link to either your own bitcoin related website or if you don't have a website, simply link to your wallets blockchain.info address e.g. Each 10x10 pixel block = 1 ticket. 1 10x10 pixel block = 0.2btc. Note linking to your website does not exclude you from the draws.
This jackpot will commence once all pixels are brought.
