It depends on what you mean by "aliens".
Extraterrestrial life?
There are then tonnes of aliens: God himself, angels, demons.
If you mean inhabitants of other planets I don't believe in that... and I have my strong Bible belief for that.
A deep study of the Bible makes you understand that we are not alone, we are the FIRST.
Others will follow when God will cease from resting.

I think that percentage wise there has to be some sort of life out there, whether it is as intelligent as us is another thing.

I don't believe that aliens have visited our planet. Ignoring the likelyhood that FTL may be impossible, I feel that if aliens came to Earth, it would be a HUGE deal. I don't believe the governments of the planet are all-knowing and all-powerful like some conspiracy theorists believe. They're made up of people, and definitive proof would have gotten out.
