"In a nutshell, the network works like a distributed timestamp server, stamping the first transaction to spend a coin. It takes advantage of the nature of information being easy to spread but hard to stifle." -- Satoshi

Whenever you see a Bitcoin/Altcoin wallet which is compressed, its 95% a Virus/Trojan:

Wallets don't come compressed from the compiler, the Rootkit/Trojankit compresses them when adding the malicious part to the file.

I would not touch this file, might be a Trojan too.

Here's a scan of dash, check the "Additional Information"-Tab, you won't find anything compressed there.

I've compiled quite a few wallets (on windows) myself, if you don't compress or at least strip them after compiling, a file would never be compressed from itself. A compressed file is NOT automatically a virus or trojan but at least I'd sandbox / VM it as it's suspicious with recent ongoing activity here.
