Vineyard's apps:
Coinhopper, bitcoin flapper,...

Users can play these games, and get some bitcoin in return... So they have to download a wallet, and they're on their way to become bitcoin users  Grin

You forgot to add their latest game which is bitcoin basketball and its kinda fun too! But I don't think vineyard's apps will be a killer app though.

in my opinion, any of the big (or semi big) online services that process payment or deal with money like buying and selling stuff that starts accepting bitcoin is going to be the killer app (service) that everybody is looking forward to.

for example if something like Amazon starts accepting bitcoin, it would become a revolution in bitcoin popularity and mass adoption.

It's like asking what would be the Facebook or the Google of Bitcoin. It's really hard to think something like that but some day it's just going to happen. Maybe someone from the community will be the one who invents it or someone else, we will see.
