You could have a genuine feature of daily spin the dice bonuses .Most of the the site daily bonuses are programmed in such a way that 6 side of dice can never come up .but if you have  the genuine random function for a dice roll and on getting a 6 the placed bet doubles many user could actually put money on it .You can also use dice of different colors for example a dice with green yellow and blue color when rolled the user gets a chance to bet on (4 of red or 6 of yellow or 3 of green) they can bet on multiple options with different points each .

the most obvious feature is being provably fair which goes without saying. also it needs to be transparent and honest about their cold storage and ....

but the feature that i am looking for the most is the speed. if the speed is fast enough that i can make as many bets as possible in a minute and website doesn't give me any delays.
and also lower (competitive) house edge is going to give the site an edge

also nobody dislikes a good faucet, tip/rain bot which gives away free amounts randomly. it is a game of chance after all.

What I find about dice sites is after a while if you don't win you quickly lose interest and also having a fast forward button like for instance forward 10 / 20 / 30 rolls would make the game a lot more interesting to me.

Leveling faucet system is a good idea but you need to be more strict on the rules, because it may lead to bring faucet abuser. AFAIK The purpose of faucet is to let us (players) to try the game before make a deposit. So I think, faucet is better if it is given only once a day.

Primedice used to have a feature similar to this, but they removed it for some reason. Currently there isn't an existing site that has this feature.
