Actually seeing how many people wan't to have their pictures resized to fit avatar properties makes me wonder if I shouldn't start service for purpose alone.
I am good with resizing, cropping and other very basic picture editing... But since Cyrus is doing this for now I guess there is no point.

I believe you are talking about DarkHydra from Bit-x campaign, some other guys have it too though. Anyway, the rule was changed quite some time ago IIRC |

No. It was an inactive account with an animated GIF avatar like this one (can't remember his name):  Was it still showing as they uploaded it before Theymos imposed the new rule? |

I'm considering making this a cheap paid/tipped service while keeping small requests free(the easy and really popular requests, like resizing and background removal). Maybe make OP nicer(can someone do thread design?).
