Looking for tips on the best LTC mining pool that's PPLNS, I know there are some great communities in BTC (like Kano's pool or CK's pool) so wondering if there is something similar for LTC with PPLNS payouts and low fees ?

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Seems like a lot of reviews I see show Litecoinpool.org as preferred pool , may just go with them for 3 L3+'s but they are PPS and don't share transaction fees so if you are long term mining I would think PPLNS would pay more if enough people were linked up ...

viaBTC offers LTC PPLNS+ along with merge mining of DODGE.  there's also a PPS+ option. regular payouts.  pool has large hashrate

I used http://give-me-coins.com for several years, but I recently had a bunch of FTC, PTC, SYS, and VIA disappear from my account.
