There are a lot of sane people involved in bitcoin as well. There are alot of wacky people found in the politics section though.

I couldn't agree more. It takes a little effort to find them "off the beaten path" but I have met quite a few very professional people that can conduct actual business without making me feel I signed up for a class in Scientology or something.

Remember when we chose as a society to de-fund education and and glorify stupidity? Well, the kids are all grown up now and dumb as a box of hammers. You get what you pay for.
