hello,

i have been playing with this site since May 27, 2015 16:27 and never issue of withdrawal because i was losing all the time,
then recently i took a daring move in betting higher stakes and start to win 1 btc and above, then i always had to contact the CS team to get it released. Yesterday i played over 1 bitcoins and lost. Yet i never gave up..this morning i tried again..and finally i won 1.5btc.

when i contacted the CS on livechat,suddenly they mentioned i was having duplicate account which i myself not aware of.and now the say i have to wait for the manager decision, and might probably wont receive the 1 btc which i bet on high stake rolls on slots.

i am so depressed, with this kind of treatment, and yet they even didnt bother to lock my account if they found out i have duplicates accounts, but seems they were waiting for me to deposit big amount ...then they decide to lock me,


i feel its not FAIR on whats going on with me...as a loyal member of that site.

THIS IS WHAT I FEAR THE MOST....ON THE SITE THE SUPPORT TEAM APPEAR TO BE OFFLINE FOR ME...BUT STILL CAN REPLY ME AT MY FIRST OPEN SUPPORT PAGE.

IS THIS SITE TRYING TO SCAM ??


HAD MANY ISSUES WITHDRAWING 1-2 BITCOINS

REASON GIVEN AS FOLLOWS

1.  NO ENOUGH BTC
2.  MANAGER IS SLEEPING
3.  CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFLINE
