As bad as it is, user Fakhoury - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=357170 is selling the same Microsoft license keys to several people.

I'm not much more innocent for buying in the first place, however found it rather amusing when he claimed his "friend" used up all the activations.

I was going to buy one, but not after that. Obviously not the only person this key was sold to.

This is nothing new.  I left him negative feedback in May for the exact reason you specified now.
