I just can not understand why such a crazy price for this coin?

It's simple. Don't invest on something you don't understand or don't believe in.

Hey, is not a coin yet <3. Is a service. IOTA is defined by transaction speed and 0 fees Smiley. I hope it will become a coin in the near future. If i'm wrong correct me please.
And yeah, you have to trust.
Example:  I was a fool because i didnt invest in Ethereum last year and Bitcoin. But i love the system, because you cant be smart if you are not a fool first.

Think at IOTA like Ethereum last year when it was 7USD.

Good luck and make your choice Smiley

dont miss the iota train folks! its going to be like 10$ after france meeting on 14 december @Paris. the Microsoft, VW, TESLA all investing under IOTA. Catch the Train!

you can start trading IOTA via almost anycoin from Binance for lowest commissions. also you can pay commissions with BNB (%50 less).

You can use my discount code here is: https://www.binance.com/?ref=11786662

Yes, the transition was mandatory. All not transitioned coins were sent to a foundation address. Now you need to claim them. Read this blog post https://blog.iota.org/gui-wallet-phase-two-of-the-reclaim-process-f5913109cf46
Distribution of the tokens secured on the foundation address will be conducted soon according to Dominik Schiener. You should claim your token before distribution begins.

Is there any deadline for the transition phase? I stored a huge amount of IOTA in the old wallet some months ago. Is the transition into the new wallet mandatory or will I lose all my coins if I do not transfer to new wallet?

It is always a risk - no matter for which altcoin - to store them on an exchange wallet. If the exchange got hacked or if it disappears you lost everything.
I suggest to tranfers them immediately after purchase to your address where you control the seed or private key.

Is it for some reason not safe to store all the iota in bitfinex?
Can i buy more and store it there?
What to take care of in holding iota?
I understood that it’s some different things to take care of I didn’t understand, since i am not native English, that it is a bit complicated...
Thank you

Always keep in your own wallet, never on Exchange. Hackers target Exchanges.

in terms of transaction speed it seems it's a failed experiment. You will not get anything confirmed in under 12 hours.

Anyone else experiencing over a 24 delay moving IOTA from wallet to Binance?  I've never cashed in any yet and I wanted to see how it worked to go from IOTA to BTC instead of my usual BTC to IOTA.  I successfully transferred from wallet to Binance yesterday morning and tried again yesterday afternoon but it STILL says Pending?

Is there a Re-attach technique for transferring IOTA out of wallet like there is for retrieving IOTA into wallet?

Well, let's wait until they open the withdrawals again. I really don't like to leave my coins on the exchanges.
