So, back in Nov, I generated private keys online using a website IOTA linked on their website.  I'm sure this is old news, but I lost ~81 IOTA. I discovered they were swept Jan 30th.

Is the IOTA team taking any responsibility for this?  I know, don't generate priv keys online, blah, blah, blah.  It's not like it was very much money.  I don't normally do this, but the IOTA wallet does not generate its own keys which amounts to a big fat fail.  Why is this even worth 0.01 cents?  Crap!

Let’s be very clear: As of this writing, IOTA does not “natively” support smart contracts. The IOTA Foundation has publicly stated, that smart contracts will not be a feature of the IOTA core but provided as a layer on top. And it’s also public knowledge, that IOTA Foundation is actively working on this additional smart contracts layer which will likely need until the end of 2018 to become GA.

I am sure you are aware of this but, just in case, check to see that you have not already used the same address to send IOTA to Binance.

Here is what Binance say when depositing IOTA:
"Important: IOTA deposit addresses should not be used more than once. After the first use of a deposit address, subsequent deposits to the same address will not be credited"
