We are not promising anything regarding the website pricing but our initial idea is to take an average of the auction prices which would mean that any winning bids that are lower than average are likely to be good deals in terms of price. On the other hand the higher bidders will get better serials.

By the way in terms of serials, I will conduct the end of the auction in the following way: Each winner is asked about the serial in succession, the #1 bidder first, and thus the #2 bidder will know which Series (L, E, M) the #1 bidder chose. And so on.

For the coins sold at the website, we are giving out the serials in a more random way. Likely within a certain range but otherwise at random.

This is an interesting idea. Generally we want the serials to make sense in terms of practicalities, so that the aftermarket is more efficient. However the amount of coins sold through the auction is small and we could potentially do an exception here.

I will talk about this with other team members and see if it can be done. I want to at least research the possibility since it would obviously add value to the auction.
