People try to help newbies if the post isn't a purely bland copy and paste of another persons post or notoriously short people tend to let them slide there, that said some threads are purely asinine such as how to earn Bitcoins where its a variant of faucets sig campaigns and alt-coins in one forum or another, creative people mention staking or bet creating but those are rarer.
