People should be able to exchange in any forms
And you don't think thymos should add one extra board in which non bitcoin related exchange can be conducted
Or it already exists  in somewhere like local boards ?
And my main focus is that if someone wants to exchange his pm to moneygram then he can't post here just because this is a Bitcoin forum

There are lots of forums to do these kinds of trade, and bitcointalk is as the name specifies for discussion(/exchange) of bitcoin to other currency or vice versa. Also as I have posted above, it is highly subjective as some mods may allow it and some may not.
