http://lottery.bitcoinsuk.co.uk

We are going to trial run a new lottery sweepstake game this Saturday.
Initially this game is going to be exclusively for forum members only.
We aim to make the game totally transparent,
Everyone will know who chose what number,
Everyone will know what the winning number is,
Everyone will know who won the pot.
For the trail run this Saturday the stake is only 0.1BTC.
Anyone can play, anywhere in the world.

THIS WEEK ONLY TO BUILD TRUST AND GET MEMBERS INVOLVED:
IF THE GAMECARD DOES NOT GET FULL BY SATURDAY EVENING
AND THERE IS NO WINNER, EACH STAKE WILL BE REFUNDED IN FULL.
ONLY IF THERE IS NO WINNER!!!

Please look at the webpage above,
read the rules and how to play,
Please provide feedback.
Do you think 1BTC is to high a stake?
Do you envisage any problems?
We aim to make the game fun, easy and totally transparent.
1 in 49 chance of winning the pot.
As well as the website gamecard we will also start a new post,
this post will list the numbers 1 - 49, and which, if any, user has chosen that number.

This weeks game now live here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=121907.0

Rules and How to Play

1.Choose an available number.
2.Click the PLAY NOW button.
3.Deposit 1 BTC to our sweepstake wallet.
4.We will allocate and display your name / username alongside your chosen number.
5.Your number will be coloured red to show other users that the number is already allocated.
6.All numbers will be allocated on a 1st come 1st served basis, If a previously allocated number is chosen you will be sent an email asking you to chosse another number.
7.The number that is drawn out 1st on the UK National Lottery Draw is the winning number.
8.The person who had chosen the winning number will receive 90% of the pot taken for each sweepstake gamecard.
9.10% of the pot goes to BitcoinsUK.co.uk for the hosting of the game.
10. EG if all 49 numbers are allocated. The pot will be 49BTC therefore the winning number will receive 44.1BTC and BitcoinsUK.co.uk will receive 4.9BTC.
11.If demand is great, and all 49 numbers are allocated a new sweepstake gamecard will appear with a new set of numbers.
12.If all the numbers are not allocated the rule of 90% / 10% winnings still apply.
13.EG if 20 numbers are allocated the winning number will receive 18BTC and BitcoinsUK.co.uk will receive 2BTC.
14.If the gamecard is not full and the 1st number drawn is not allocated to anyone, we will use the 2nd number drawn, then 3rd and so on. If there is no winner after the 7th number has been drawn. There will be no winner and no refunds.

Does anyone have any feedback or thoughts?
Is 1BTC to high a stake?
The draw takes place live on national tv in the UK, so everyone will know the winning number and the winning member.
Remember this week the stake is only 0.1BTC and for this week only, if there is no winner all stakes will be refunded.
Do you have any concerns about taking part?

Don`t  seem to be getting much support from my fellow Bitcoin community members.
I would really like to know why.

What is stopping you getting involved?

Please provide some feedback.

It's a lottery with a low max win that isn't even guaranteed with a 10% rake when a reliable service exists that charges 1%. It's like selling inferior hotdogs for $20 apiece right next to the $2 hotdogs.

If you actually want to break into the bitcoin lottery market you are going to need to do something like start out free and/or offer a compelling guarantee.
