I think I did it wrong.  When you asked for my "Bitcoin payment address" I thought you meant an address in my wallet, which is what I gave you.

I sent the 0.1 BTC from my wallet to my casino deposit address, but when I log in, it still tells me "You have 0 chips".  But when I go to my deposit page, the deposit address has changed.  Is that normal?  I guess you may be waiting for some number of confirmations.  If so, it would be nice to see some acknowledgement on the site somewhere that my deposit has been received and is 'pending'.  Or you could even let me play with it, but not withdraw anything until the deposit has the required number of confirmations.

Edit: I just noticed that when I scroll down on the deposit page, it does indeed list my pending deposit.

We wait for 3 confirmations.. on average ...  30 minutes. However withdrawals are Instant.

I had same problem. You have to log in with email address and password along with the captcha thing on the main section of the log in page.

Do you have a list of your blackjack rules anywhere?  I split aces just now and wasn't allowed to hit afterwards which I'm not used to for instance.  How many decks do you use?  How often do you shuffle?

Also, in the following hand I bet 12 on one spot only, split, and doubled down on both sides of the split.  A total bet of 48.  But the game told me "your bet is 36":

30 minutes is normal transaction times based on Bitcoin transactions we have seen though our server.

Maybe it's just a problem of language.

You never see it take exactly 30 minutes to get 3 confirmations.  On average it takes 30 minutes.  Half the time it takes less, half the time it takes more.

So only half the time does it confirm "within" (meaning "in less than") 30 minutes.

As an example, here are the 3 most recently found blocks as shown by blockchain.info:



If I had sent a deposit 30 minutes ago, it would currently only have 1 confirmation.

That's not unusual either.

I think it's a little misleading to tell people that their deposits will normally clear in less than 30 minutes when that's not the case.  It's only the case around half the time.

I don't think I can state this any more clearly, and it's not a big deal.  I think rewording the deposit page would lead to fewer customer support queries, but that's your call.
