Seems like NY has a few injured players trying to tough it out today. Probably not the best idea in a game 7. I’m guessing Indiana takes the win today but I guess we’ll find out in a couple hours. A shame injuries always play such a big role in the NBA Playoffs.

once again Luka is the key to Dallas. Luka once again was shooting over 50% and it spells disaster to OKC. Luka was on triple double and once again he is back to the western conference finals after failing to reach the playoffs last season with Kyrie joining the team.

Dallas did great on this season and now they are back to the conference finals.

Having Kyrie was a great addition to the team and we all have seen that.

Now we have to wait who they will be against, Nuggets or Wolves.

I think especially in this series we have seen the effects of Kyrie.Iit's really pleasing that he reached a level close to his prime after years, but it's not the same kyrie in terms of playing style. After luka's performance decline, there is a kyrie who can see the team more, manage the team and take full control and carry the team when necessary. His last quarter performance and clutch plays are also very good in these playoffs. There is a huge game tonight for WCF and I am very eager to see what Kyrie will do against the winner of tonight's game. If Luka is healthy, we might see very interesting results in the WCF.

New York Knicks able to cut it to a single digit deficit but the Pacers have another run in the 3rd as well, so the huge lead still remain and I don't see NYK able to come back in the 4th quarter anymore. OG came played but less than 10 minutes only, while Hart is back but he wasn't contributing much with 10 points only. The biggest problem is Brunson who is shooting poorly, with his current 6/17 shooting, this could only mean that the team will struggle.

Dallas Mavericks is no doubt the favorite on this game 7. I agree to what you've said that if Luka don't play well, it's a domino effect to the entire team.

That seems to be where they're getting their strength and how they play well. But good thing for the team that there's Kyrie and he's known and no doubt a star as well.

That's why if the other don't play well, there's still the other one that will catch all of that bad shot to try and make things right.

It's actually only game six and yeah they are favorites pretty much because they are playing at home.  I think these 2 teams match up real well against each other.  If okc can squeeze out a win they likely will be favorites playing at home in the game 7.  I'm hoping to see that.  A 1 game win and in game between these 2 teams would be insane.

The game was intense and I thought that this is going to be a record for Chet that with his first actual season playing with the team, he'd be able to get into the conference finals.

To be honest, I like that last slam dunk alley hoop that he has made telling to everyone that the game hasn't ended yet.

The last free throw was missed on a purpose and it was so close if ever the last ball handler was close to the OKC's ring, it was a flop against the Mavs.

Wow, congratulations to Indiana Pacers. What a satisfying with for them, a 21 point lead game. That was incredible.

Now, the Eastern Conference finals match up is complete. Boston Celtics against the Indiana Pacers. While on the other bracket, we'll see also who's going to be against the Dallas Mavericks.

People want to see more of the Wolves but the fans of the Nuggets, obviously want to see Luka and Jokic play against each other on the Western Conference finals.

Hehe what time did the Pacers vs Knicks game 7 started? I took a rest and forgot to bet on that game. I'm just looking at the stats now and I'm impressed how the Pacers were so efficient. Shooting at 67% and doing that in game 7? They are going to be trouble. Another thing that I found impressive was the point distribution.

I took Pacers ML and o201.5 in Den/Min game. This series has been so crazy, I wasn't sure who to pick and the over screamed bet me lol. Pacers and Celtics are the #1 and #2 highest scoring offenses in the regular season so we will def see some shooting. I think the Celtics prob win the series in 5 though. Never know though.

It was a dramatic end for the Thunder. Game 7 would've been exciting, but the Mavs deserved to go to the finals. Both teams were close, the small margins were decisive in the series. The Thunder are a young team, they can go further in the coming years. For the Mavs, it was important to make it this season.

For the Knicks in a season full of injuries, this is also an achievement. I thought they could go through ECF, but when Brunson got injured it was over for them. DiVincenzo had to fight all alone. The Knicks were a good team, it's a shame for them. They are living proof of how important it is to stay healthy in the playoffs. The Pacers have a very difficult job in the ECF.

They just made the game 7 look easy. But are they going to survive with the Boston Celtics? That will be a different thing.

The Thunder are a young team, they can go further in the coming years. For the Mavs, it was important to make it this season.

Yep, they're still a young team and in the next season. I am expecting to see them still in the playoffs but I think some other teams will be forming with a better roster and I am talking about Spurs but later with that, let's get to the final game this day the Wolves and Nuggets.

Denver vs Minesota game 7 was really hype and amazing, what a comeback did by Minesota.
What I just noticed is some official calls really strange and you can feel it is a game 7. Props to Minnesota comeback especially the superb steals.

Both Murray and Jokic scored more than 30 points, but their four teammates only contributed a total of 21 points. I thought the Nuggets could still come back and the Wolves were in foul trouble, but that follow-up dunk by KAT solidified their win. Also, kudos to Reid for the good defense in the fourth quarter. Mavs vs Wolves will also be a good matchup, but nah, Celtics vs Wolves it is.

Nuggets unable to play good defense in the 2nd half, they had the momentum already and I can't believe they allowed the Wolves to come back and beat them. Well, I guess Jokic vs Luka two friends are not really destine to face each other in the WCF, we now have the Dallas and Wolves.

The streak continues, now its 6 NBA season where NBA champions have not advance in the WCF.

By the way, about the Knicks vs Pacers game, it's also the road game that win the game, and I heard this from one of the commentators.

Looks like the Nuggets came up short for trying to exert a lot of effort playing defense in the 1st half. They have control over the game against the Wolves that they even had 20 points lead at some point in the 3rd quarter.
There has been a lot of interesting things going on with this series, one of the most noticeable is the Minnesota defense. Everytime they play good defense and held the Nuggets under 100, it is almost an automatic W for the Wolves. Look here :

I think this has been the key motivator for the Minnesota to beat the defending champs and these right here again is a living testament that defense win games.
The Pacers and Knicks had a pretty tight series as well, but I'd pick the Denver vs Minnesota as the best series of the year so far, simply because of how the Wolves have done so much this year and let alone in this series. That was actually a 30-point swing. Down by 20 and then up by 10. The Timberwolves showed a high level of defense by making stops and then coming back with great offense too. Honestly, I cannot see the Nuggets scoring the paint because of the Wolves Twin Towers. Even Naz Reid has a great defense against the Joker. If only they put KAT and Gobert in foul trouble earlier then they could've won that game because somehow Jokic could find a way to dominate the paint.

Why did the Nuggets lose?
Aaron Gordon was not effective. If you look at the stats too, AG had been the key player for the Nuggets to win their games. Whenever he scores and rebounds efficiently, there's no way the Wolves would win.

Still, a big round of applause to the Wolves. Next stop, Dallas. Offense versus defense once again. Let's see if that could still work against a strong team like the Mavs with twin towers too. It will be fun.

I'm excited for this, but I think Dallas is not anymore an offense team because they have already improve their defense. Luka vs Edwards, and I'm not sure if the Wolves will still choose to play the 2 bigs together since Dallas loves to run and there might be a mismatch on the pace of the game. But let's see what would happen in game 1, this is a new series, hopefully another exciting match up that will bring us to game 7.
