I remember during his early years with the Cavaliers, they were very dominant in the East but always fell short in the playoffs, especially when they faced the Spurs in the Finals. That was probably one of the main reasons he left for the Miami Heat. He knew it would be very difficult to win a championship in Cleveland with the team they had at that time.

People who are unhappy with themselves tend to hate on greatness.  It is just the way it is.  The people I know who hate on LeBron and say he sucks at basketball are the same kinds of people who say that iPhones suck or that Teslas are trash...  Some people just love to hate on the best for whatever reason.  It is just how they show their love and admiration.  If they really thought LeBron sucked, they would ignore him completely, not hate on him.

Who would not remember the big fella? He played with LeBron in Cleveland, and later followed him to Miami.
They reached the Finals twice together, once with the Cavaliers and once with the Heat, but lost both times. Sadly, Ilgauskas retired without winning a championship.

The weirdest thing about that Dallas championship is Jason Terry tattooing the championship trophy on his arm at the start of the season even though they weren’t favorites to win. It worked out for him… I think having 2 seven footers is what enabled them to beat the Heat. I know LeBron and Wade wish they could get that one back.
