Well the potential to contribute to the offense is always there. Anthony is a scorer ever since. I don't think he can lead a team to a title or even deeper in the playoffs, but he is a scorer and an offensive team can use someone who can score. I am really sad for Kevin Love. He had been a good player ever since Minnesota. His contribution made a lot of impact and making him one of the best player of the league. Double double every game and for most of times rebounds are larger than points.

He really needs a good break and get a superstar that will lift up the Cleveland team.

I feel sad too because he doesn't have any good teammate that is as good as him or even better but if we will see the other side, if the other players will step up like Clarkson, Nance Jr. , Smith or Korver then they have the chance to clinch the playoffs but I don't expect them to be on the top if they will clinch. For now, their team is not a playoff-contender team. They only got into the playoffs last season because of the BIG!!! help of Lebron.

Yeah, I would agree that he won't be the same Kevin Love, but you see he is just the 2nd option with the Cavs that's why his numbers is down but from time to time specially in playoffs wherein Love can pour 20-10 a night. He still has it and now being the first option with the Cavs, maybe we can see him pour more points and rebounds again just like his old days in Timberwolves.

Agree. Their lineup is still full of caliber and experienced players. And with LeBron not around, Tyronn Lue will now have a chance to rotate his players according to his own. Also not questioning the light competition on the East but it's difficult to imagined that Cavaliers will be shadowed by 8 East teams if ever it will be a reality that they will not enter the playoffs.

I think Cavaliers can make it to spot 4 or 5 but not under top 8.
