Feel sad for Jeremy Lin. He really feels down that no one is showing interest for him. He literally cried while delivering a statement about NBA giving up on him in front of a large audience. Even coming out on a championship, Lin doesn't feel his championship ring since he thinks he didn't deserve it.

And that became the saddest part of NBA right now. You have a ring, but doesnt have a salary for a year? Worse, you love playing the game but no one is trying to give you minutes again to showcase your skills.

Just dont know why an explosive guy like Jeremy Lin will be benched like that.
He can do "no look" pass and shoot with a high percentage. Can also penetrate the paint. Just what the hell is the reason behind the sudden dip of this guy.

Maybe you are not seeing what the coaches are seeing. Maybe he can shoot and make those fancy passes but there are so many aspects of the game that he may be lacking from the coaches point of view. It's also not like he's a unique or once in a lifetime player.

I think he has a better chance and more money if he goes to China. Just follow the trend. If you can't get in on NBA, then try China and get some great pay. It is never over for him yet. I think he has a better chance and more money if he goes to China. Just follow the trend. If you can't get in on NBA, then try China and get some great pay. It is never over for him yet. There could be some reasons why the management or the coaching staff didn't gave him that much time. It's likely that he doesn't have confidence with them. About his career, with what I've heard he's going back to China and will play for a team there right? Don't know the full details or that's just a rumor. He understands that he can't force himself anymore on NBA and I think this will also lead to some other chinese players not to take chance anymore on the league if ever they will be asked to come and join.

Maybe  he thought he still belong in the star level in the NBA as he has some good moments in the past with Linsanity, but it was just a hype, Lin can't carry a team to bring it to the playoffs. I remember Darius Miles, very athletic in his college days, dunking on everyone, however, when he enter the league, he still have the same game, but we all know that you can't just jump over any players in the NBA, it's not that sustainable and you need to developed.

So we need to see how Zion's body will react to the 80++ games in the NBA and see if he can still maintain that athleticism.

Yeah you can't really compare the reigning mvp to someone, though obviously gifted, that hasn't been tried before. The summer league is a hell lot different from the actual season. The highlights you're seeing in youtube is against boys compared to the actual competition when the likes of kawhi or pat beverly is in his face.

Zion have some moves. No doubt about that.
But, both are good in their own ways.
The length of Giannis gave him more oppotunity to touch the rim even if we think it is impossible.
Zion on the other hand have that strength and agility even with that kind of figure.

But if we will only choose one, I will still go for Giannis.
The room for improvement is way too large and he already have the perfect body.
While Zion will need a large amount of weight loss which in that country is not easy to do.

He ain't unique mate. The last time I saw fans really cheering for him was during his Linsanity stint with the Knicks. He had a little break when Melo got injured and he took advantage of it which is good for him. After that, he wasn't able to elevate or adjust his game. NBA is a tough league where players fight for position, it's either you shape up or ship out. If your current form doesn't impress the coaches, then you're on your way out.

When you compare them now, It's the Greek Freak.
When you compare them when the freak entered the league, I'd say they're pretty much equal.
