Don't bet on a team, bet on the over because preseason is like an exhibition game, less defense so most probably the games will go over. However, we still have to look at the total and carefully analyze it because bookies are also smart, they know that thing too and no easy money in gambling for gamblers.
First, thank you stadus for the tip. Yes, that's what we should do, pre-season is just showing their skills and I was really shocked last year when players getting heat up and almost went to a brawl in a preseason. They are just supposed to play mildly to avoid injuries, the commentator didn't expect that too. I am used to betting with Over and Under but I am still looking forward to the other thread for tips and I wish it opens before the pre-season.

The hardest part to me about betting on preseason sports is that you never know which of the stars are going to be playing in a game for whatever reason. Maybe one team has all their pros trying something out while another team is giving the end of the bench guys a shot. It’s just too risky for my blood.

I don't bet on pre-season games. I rather put money on street games in our neighborhood since the stakes could be higher to be honest but I'm still curious to those who do. How much do you place each game? Is it a significant amount or just left over coins? Disregard the type of bet.

Mills experienced if being used by Coach Nash may bring good impact, this dude can act as role player who takes good care of the ball and keeps the rotation for the trio, while if given a chance, he can also shoot with high percentage accuracy.
Almost forgot, they also have Aldridge on their roster. If he certainly is in good health after all the "retiring" thing that happened then the 2nd team of the Nets will have a good chemistry with Patty Mills and him. Other players like Claxton, Millsap, Bruce Brown or Harris (stretch the floor) could easily just follow their lead and be the strongest 2nd team in the league. That scared me a bit and made me pee a little with goosebumps. Disregarding injuries and health issues. Guys, who do you think will be the season MVP? IMHO: Kevin Durant - that Olympic game gave us the preview of what he will do this season.

Well, not a bad odds though, the higher the odds the better as he is the most consistent in his team and most likely he will lead the Brooklyn Nets this regular season. What will make Durant's stats to be better than the last season is if he will not get injured anymore while I believe he will be more healthy this season.

Not a big amount for sure as preseason game is usually to heat up or prepare for the regular season. The rookies and the bench will likely be given more minutes, they don't shoot well like the stars but at the same time the defense could also be weak, so if you consider that factor in betting then take the total instead.

Great analysis, sorry I forgot that fact. Division of production. But it was the same thing at Olympics and he was with offensive players but they are still depending on him. So, it could be Joker again or Luka stepping up his game one more notch. He is the third in my list after Jokic and I didn't even consider Giannis as Jrue is also getting better and there's Middleton. Jokic @15.20 Giannis @7.45 It looks like there's still a lot of doubts about Joker's skill set.

My favourite team in the new season is going to be Brooklyn Nets again. They would have become the champions in the last season also but they struggled with injuries a lot. I hope to see them more powerful in this season and they should be able to qualify for the finals nicely.
I'm currently favoring the Bucks over the Nets to represent the East. It seems drama is going to ensue once the season starts between Kyrie and other players. We know it's already ongoing between Kyrie and management. The Bucks has been pretty silent and focused on defending the title. I'm not very sure about Bucks actually. They had a very productive season last. I really liked Giannis' performance also. However, I don't see them as a consistent team. Giannis can't carry the team second time in a row I think. But they can still qualify for the conference finals as they are really strong. Maybe we are going to watch another clash between these two teams but this time I'm favoring Nets.

Same here, I will always favor the Nets against any opponent in the East, that is considering the Nets are healthy, or the big 3 will play to be specific. Harden had a good regular season but his playoff season was bad, it's time for him to be healthy this season and bring his team all the way to the championship. Honestly, I can only picture seeing the LA Lakers vs Brooklyn Nets in the NBA FINALS.

Also, Curry, LeBron and Giannis and all the rest of stars have the same goals trying to add this title to their resume. Still, far to conclude but bookies already have their odds and if you have your early pick, placing your bet now will give you better amount to win.

They have been very consistent last year that's why they won the championship. If they are not, then obviously, they wouldn't win the series against the Nets. The Nets rely on their big 3, if one or two of them gets injured just like last season, then it will be very hard for them, the key here is injury, Harden and Kyrie was injured in the playoffs. Giannis was also injured but was able to bounce back against the Hawks. so that will be the big difference. The Nets should be very careful of their big 3 to not get some kind of injury that will make them missed a lot of games.

Not only Jamal actually, Aaron Gordon was also given a good amount for his contract extension with the Nuggets, so probably he will also improve this season. last season with Denver, he only averaged 10.2 PPG _ https://www.basketball-reference.com/players/g/gordoaa01.htmlLower numbers compared when he was with the Orlando Magic.

Somewhat of a slow day for NBA news. I guess teams are busy getting ready for preseason and are starting to feel secure in their units. Anyway, big news of the day is that Avery Bradley signed with the Warriors. I’m not sure he’ll see much playing time, but he’s a decent vet that would come in handy if the Warriors backcourt suffers more injuries.

I would say that if GSW makes a good comeback and they finish at a high level, Curry definitely has the biggest chance to be MVP this season. He is getting into those years when you are not super young anymore but still young enough to not have any physical problems, plus you have gained so much experience that you are sort of like a veteran at the same time. Those 30 to 33 years old is the perfect age for most NBA players to become mature and still play amazingly.
It will of course depend on how well GSW plays, but I do not see them play any worse than Dallas. MVP is usually (usually is important here, not all the time) given to player who plays in a good team, you do not see a player get MVP and miss the playoffs. So Dallas or GSW may end up at a lower level, and the other may end up at a higher seed, and in that case the higher seed will have a higher chance.

They could use him as he still plays with high intensity, he would fit with the GSW's style. Based on his previous seasons with different teams, I think he can produce at least a double-digit PPG even playing with limited minutes. He also has the experience also, I'm sure he will be useful with the GSW who are good in grooming their players. Great news for the GSW and for Avery Bradley as he found a new team.

If Iggy plays the same, Klay fully recovered and play like he usually play and they get a legit big man at the center position, then I can say they'll have a huge chance to make it to the finals this year, but that's not gonna be an easy task to achieve as most of the team in the West has been upgrading their roster. The GSW before Durant joined them has been spectacular, I don't know If they can still bring back those moments. What I can see as the biggest problem for the GSW is the lack of a dominant big man in the center position.

The caliber Bradley has is fit with how the Warrior's system, good enough for this guy to sign another season and continue playing. He can provide good numbers even coming off the bench, Bradley can be a good substitute when Curry needs some rest, he's also a two-way player who can contribute both defense and offense, good to combine with Klay and Green. Warriors may give him good minutes to showcase what he can contribute.

They don't have a dominant big man in the past as well, it's only Curry and Thompson and their good chemistry that makes them a great team. Iggy is not getting any younger, but let's see if he can still do his job especially on the defensive side.
