I have offered them to sign a NDA, take a look at the prototype and buy the whole batch if I am satisfied.
They refused the offer with strange arguments. You can draw your own conclusions.

ERR - No WHOIS information published, or the WHOIS server is not available

No address information or telephone + contact leads me to a simple contact form (they did not even spent some time to have a captche), so yes very very possible that this is a lazy SCAM artist
