Hello and Congratulations in this milestone bitvest. I am a new player here and was referred by one of your player. I mostly play on the site that I wear on my Avatar because of the speed of rolls. In (join.me) sessions with the person who referred me, the dice rolling speed is okay but I can't help but notice the latency of the bet results. Is this a known issue or it has been that way ever since?

You actually came very close, I am surprised. The problem with these roll milestones is that many people know they are happening ahead of time and then they make multiple accounts and try to roll as many times as possible within that time and its almost impossible to hit that roll due to bot doing most of the rolling.

I remember when there was a constant rolls/min and then all of a sudden in the minute that the winning roll was suppose to come up, it suddently increased by 5x in that minute.

Either way, maybe you'll get it next time.

Okay so I have been trying bitvest for around 2-3 hrs now and I find slots the most entertaining among all the games.

And as I said last time I posted here, there were latency in dice bets.

How long are bets taking to process for you? Press f12 and check the networking tab for "action" when placing a bet. Also, what ping do you get for bitvest.io? At times a few of our users have had latency issues, but in general our bets process nearly instantly.

100 Million Rolls

Bitvest will be celebrating its 100,000,000th roll with two exciting events, a bet bounty, and a raffle! Congratulations to all our big winners and investors for helping us reach this exciting milestone!


The Bet Bounty:

The user who makes the 100,000,000th roll will receive 1,777,777 tokens. Only bets above 5000 sat/tok will be counted. If the 100 millionth roll does not qualify, we will select the next roll until one does. These tokens can be used to greatly increase your chances at winning the raffle, or may be immediately converted for nearly 0.02 BTC!


The Raffle:

You can win over 10,000,000 satoshis (0.10 BTC) and over 1.7 million tokens with our progressive prize pool! An additional prize of a super faucet will be given to both raffle winners. The super faucet will give you a faucet 5 levels above your own, and always pay out jackpots!


Rules:

Obtaining Tickets:
Tickets are obtained for each raffle for each 10k satoshis or 1k tokens bet on Dice. Tickets obtained with BTC betting go towards the BTC raffle, ones obtained with token betting go towards the token raffle.
The amount of tickets earned is rounded down, so if you bet a total of 1900 tokens, you will still have 1 token ticket at the time of the drawing.


Prize Draw Time:
The draw will be held on July 15th GMT at a random time. We will announce this time 4 hours in advance. You will no longer be able to earn tickets after this time.


Determining the Winner:
We will publish a list of all users, and their tickets held once the draw time is reached.
The list will be in a format as follows:

HMAC_SHA256($Username, $UserID) = "$StartTicket to $EndTicket ($Username: $TicketCount)"

This will allow users to easily check if they are listed as expected, the list will be ordered by hashes alphabetically. The first ticket will be numbered 0.

Once this list is made, we will be no longer giving out tickets. We will then pick a target block 3 blocks from the most recent. Once this block occurs, we will wait until it is 3 blocks deep to prevent any issues with it possibly being orphaned.

We will take the first 12 hex digits of SHA256($BlockHash) for BTC, and SHA256(SHA256($BlockHash)) for TOK then convert to decimal, allowing for a number from 0 to 281474976710655 to be chosen. We will then divide this number by the number of tickets held, and keep the remainder. This will be the ID of the winning ticket. The same block will be used for both raffles.

So to increase the odds of this being possible, most of us pay the highest fees allowed by our wallets. I recently paid 0.002 miners fee!
   I know this is out of the hands of Bitvest Admins and that is not the main reason for this post. Just a segway.
   I withdraw often from Bitvest. (Thanks by the way) Every time I withdraw, my funds show up to wherever I send them. INSTANTLY. I don't know if any of you notice this but no matter what size of a withdraw you make, the Bitvest fee stays the same. 0.0006  So for a large withdraw to be confirmed instantly from Bitvest, they would have to pay a much larger fee than 0.0006. Am I wrong here?

We pay more than 0.0006 for most transactions. We pay a fee that bitcoind has 95% confidence will confirm within 12 blocks, typically this estimate is very generous and results in confirmation within 1-2 blocks.

Could it be because of the lower edge on Dice which in most of the competition has 1% or even more? If not then you are very lucky.

It is indeed easy to win at bitvest and because of that I always end busting because of my greedy personality. I often be able to make x4 my initial deposit or more but I just won't withdraw.
